Application of Rotary Dryer:

Working principle of Rotary Dryer:

Rotary Dryer is made up of cylinder, lifting plate, transmission, supporting devices and others. Based on reasonable layout an alternate angle-change equally spaced in cylinder, the lifting plate scatters the wet material inside rotating cylinder. Hot air flow turns water into steam letting into air, and aimed dry material is achieved.

 

The main internal structure of rotary dryer:In order to increase the material evenly distributed in the rotor parts of the cross section in good contact with the drying medium, in the cylinder body installation raise plates.There are several types of raise plate.1).
